Staci B. Sims

Owner and Founding Attorney
Staci founded the law firm with a simple belief, legal guidance should be grounded in integrity, service, and genuine care for the people and communities it supports. A member of the Florida Bar since 2006, Staci has dedicated her career to serving others through thoughtful, principled legal leadership. For almost 17 years, Staci served the Florida Farm Bureau Federation, beginning in 2009 and ultimately becoming its Chief Operating Officer and Legal Counsel. Her earlier roles as General Counsel and Director of Government and Community Affairs gave her a deep understanding of Florida’s agricultural, business, and policy landscape. A proud double Gator of the University of Florida, Staci holds both her bachelor’s degree and law degree from the university. While in law school, she was honored to serve as a Gubernatorial Fellow, contributing to education policy initiatives for then Governor Jeb Bush. Staci’s dedication to service extends well beyond her legal career. In 2023, she was appointed by Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Wilton Simpson to the Florida Commission on the Status of Women. In 2024, she was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Gainesville Alachua County Regional Airport Authority, where she currently serves as Vice Chair. She also serves on the boards of Foster Florida and Project One45. At home, Staci is the wife of Chris, a career law enforcement officer, and the proud mother of three children—her favorite title of all.
